William Wohlmacher, clarinet
has performed with all of the Bay Area's major musical organizations, and served for many years as principal with the Cabrillo Music Festival Orchestra. He received his Masters degree from Eastman School of Music. Mr. Wohlmacher has made two European concert tours with The Arch Ensemble for Experimental Music, and has served as principal clarinetist for the Festival Lirico Internazionale in Barga, Italy, the American Light Opera Company of Washington, D.C., and the Tacoma Symphony. He is currently an emeritus professor at California State University, East Bay. He joined the San Francisco Contemporary Music Players in 1995.
